I'll send you the draft and sketch to check if revision is needed.

Coloring stage is where you may adjust some colors.

Once it's finished, the artwork will be sent via Email or Gdrive.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms.

Commissions are for Personal Use only. Unless commercial rights are purchased such as Monetised Content.

Monetised Content includes, uses as a Mascot/Logo and use any art for monetised videos (Thumbnails, video element, etc)

My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with credit (@pipip_nyeh), or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit.

The client holds ownership of the artwork. However, I retains rights to proper credit and to publish the artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My artwork may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or if it violates the Terms of Service.

Communication is Important. If i do not receive a response within 1 week. I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

Revisions are allowed during the Sketch Process as long as it is minor (max revision 4 times). Please provide all the feedback at the sketch stage. No revisions allowed in the Lineart and Finished Artwork. Minor edit or adjusting color during Coloring Stage are allowed.

Major revisions (changing pose and overall composition) will be charged.

Payment must be done upfront in full.

Payment Method Local: Mandiri, GOPAY.

No deadlines. (process will take 3 – 20 working days) Please inform me if you need it urgently. (ex: someone’s birthday).

Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matter.

I will keep you updated if delays occur.

Once payment is received, refunds are not available

Only proceed with a transaction if you are financially capable of paying your own. Any chargebacks caused by irresponsible purchases will result in permanent blacklist, public blacklist (with evidence) and forfeit your rights to use the artwork.

DO NOT: use the artwork commercially without permission, claim the artwork as your own/fail to credit me, remove watermarks, resell or redistribute the artwork, modify the artwork without my consent, use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming or commercial projects.

Max 2 Characters in 1 Canvas (350 dpi) in all of Commission Type, except YCH.

Additional characters will have the same price with the character type.

Complicated character design/details will be simplified or charged a fee.

Background will be in solid color.

Finished Piece(s) will be sent via Email or Google Drive, please save your commission result as soon as possible.

Clients will get the finished piece(s) in: PNG Transparent Background, JPG with Solid Color Background and JPG with watermark
